Seizures Parkinson’s disease Gastric ulcer Liver Disease Hereditary galactose intolerance, lactose intolerance or glucose/galactose malabsorption ● Current use of: Neuroleptics/antipsychotics/ levodopa Anticholinergics Thiazides ● Concurrent malignancy requiring chemotherapy ● Pregnancy and breastfeeding
